“Heard at Hartman” is our ongoing blog feature where we share updates on customer requests and feedback that have resulted in changes, special products, or corrections to our existing materials.
Of all the supplementary materials we provide to instructors, the one that always receives rave reviews is our curriculum crosswalk. Many instructors find this to be an invaluable tool for determining, at a glance, exactly where in our books we cover each state’s specific requirements. We do our best to stay up to date on changes to your state’s curriculum to ensure your topics are covered. So far in 2019 we’ve created new, updated crosswalks for Virginia, California, Delaware, and North Carolina for all of our current nursing assistant textbook titles.
Once the new crosswalks are released, our sales representatives send them to each textbook adopter in that state. We could not do this without helpful information from instructors and administrators who keep us current on changes and pass on information about new guidelines and curriculum adjustments. We are invested in the success of your individual state, program, and class. If you ever have any questions about new or modified state curriculum requirements, call your sales representative for a chat.
While not every comment or critique will result in a change, we always welcome your words, questions and feedback. You help make our products the best they can be and we’re always ready to listen. Go ahead: Be heard at Hartman!
