Our History of Quality
Hartman Publishing, Inc. began publishing In-Service SourceBooks in January of 1996. SourceBooks are for the continuing education of CNA's, home health aides, and other unlicensed health care workers. As a testament to their quality, the first four titles we published sell more copies today than they did in any prior year.
Any of our titles are unconditionally guaranteed and can be returned for any reason within 30 days from when you receive it, not 30 days from when we send it to you. We have never refused a refund for a returned book for any reason. The customer is responsible, however, for the cost of returning material. We strongly recommend using a traceable, insured carrier, such as UPS, RPS, or Federal Express. We do not recommend Airborne Express or the US Postal Service for return packages.
We can send material to any licensed healthcare facility without prior payment with a purchase order number. Individuals and businesses not in our database of licensed facilities should prepay orders.
Privacy & Legal
We encourage customers to share their e-mail with us because it is going to change the way we communicate with them. Utilizing the web will dramatically reduce our costs to produce and distribute material and dramatically reduce our customers' costs of purchasing it.
We do not offer your e-mail address to anyone. Not ever. We will not exceed our promised e-mail frequency - 12 times a year - that's it! We've tried to keep this statement short, simple, and honest. If we didn't answer your question, please ask it here.
